We heard Mr.A.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.
a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is contended that the survey was conducted within eight weeks. In view of that, it would not be a case of contempt. If the petitioner or any such person is aggrieved by the survey report, then it is for the aggrieved party to assail the survey report, in accordance with law.
