This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1170 days in filing this petition against the impugned letter No.Claim No.442/207/2003/claim Team-III dated 08.05.2017.
2.The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
4.Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
