Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to accept the request of the petitioner to withdraw the present second appeal in SA(MD).No.861 of 2011 on the file of this Honble Court with the direction to the registry to return all the original document filed and marked on the plaintiff side viz., Ex.A1 to A12 in O.S.No.212 of 1997 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram to the petitioner and thus render justice.
