Appeal suit is filed under Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code to set aside the decree and judgment of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul dated 15.03.2013 in O.S.No.62 of 2008 and allow the appeal.

ORDER:- These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Siva Ilayaraja, Advocate for the Petitioners in both cases and of Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, Advocate for the Respondent No.1 in both cases, Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar For Respondent No.3,4 in both cases and for Responents No.10 to 13 and 15 in CMP(MD).
