PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Order 43, Rule 1 of C.P.C., to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 04.06.2019 made in A.S.No.87 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi, remanding the case on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi for retrial of O.S.No.228 of 2001 and to restore the Judgment and decree of trail Court.
