The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has applied for copy application in Diary No. 29 of 2023, the order copy is not made ready sofar. Therefore he seeks for dispensing with the production of the certified copy of the B-diary extract of the suit in O.S.No.211/2019.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered accordingly.
