This petition is filed by a third party to the proceedings on the ground that he has purchased the property during pendency of proceedings. Even though the petitioner has no independent title and he is the purchaser pending litigation, this Court is inclined to allow the petition in view of Order 22 Rule 10 of CPC. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
