- (1)The above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on
record the 6th Respondent as the legal heir of the deceased 1st Respondent namely, T.Vijayan and rank her as party 6th Respondent in C.R.P.No.2230 of 2020 and to bring on record the 6th Respondent as the legal heir of the deceased 1st Respondent namely, T.Vijayan and rank her as party 6th Respondent in C.R.P.No.2231 of 2020.
- (2)Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
- (3)Hence, C.M.P.Nos.9524 & 9526 of 2022 in C.R.P.Nos.2230 & 2231 of
- 2020 are ordered .
- (4)Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
