For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay of representing the Writ Appeal in W.A.SR.No.76754 of 2022, the petition is ordered subject to the payment of a sum of Rs.3000/- to the High Court Advocate Clerks Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Registry to number the writ appeal, if otherwise in order and post the same for admission on in the second week of June 2023.
