Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 8 from alienating the properties comprised in Kathasthar No.330/1/1 R.S.No.106/1, situated at Eripakkam Revenue Village, measuring 98 Are 55 Santhiyar, owned by the donors, 1.T.Anandasayanan and (2)T.shanmugam, who had executed a settlement deed in favour of “Sri Muthumariamman Vinayagar Temple” bequeathing the properties valued at Rs.24,500/- vide registered settlement document No.1321 of 1980 duly registered on the file of Sub Registrar, Puducherry.
