This is a petition to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal.
2 Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also in view of the "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the aforesaid delay is condoned.
The Registry shall number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post along with S.T.A. No.7 of 2020.
