This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in paying deficit Court Fee in the appeal.
- Ms.Zeenath Begum, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
- On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
- Registry is directed to number the appeal and print Ms.Zeenath Begum, as counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, as counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
