Late A.G.Purushotham, Hindu aged about 38 years and residing at No.20, Subramaniar Street, Purasawalkam, Chennai-600 007 being the legal heir of deceased A.G.Purushotham, as the 3rd Petitioner in C.R.P.No.2814 of 2019 and the connected Miscellaneous Petitions.
2.CMP.No.5631 of 2023 has been filed to Recognise the 1st Petitioner as the Legal Heir of the Deceased 2nd Petitioner A.G.Purushotham in C.R.P.No.2814 of 2019 and the connected Miscellaneous Petitions.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
