This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the certified copy of the

Execution Petition in E.P.No.69 of 2010 pending on the file of the Sub Court,

Chengalpattu.

2.Heard Mr.T.R.Shanmugam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise

in order and list the Civil Revision Petition "for admission".
