C.M.P.No.13577 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 141
days in re-presenting C.R.P.SR.No.109949 of 2022.
(i) C.M.P.No.13582 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of
141 days in re-presenting C.R.P.SR.No.109948 of 2022.
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of
these petitions and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for
the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow C.M.P.Nos.13577 & 13582 of 2023. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed only on payment of cost of Rs.250/- to be
paid to the Advocate Clerks Association within a period of one week from day.
