This is a petition to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the writ appeal.
2 Satisfied with the
reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition and also in view of the "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent workman, the aforesaid delay is condoned.
3 The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
