This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order dated 28.03.2005 made in W.C.No.72 of 2003 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Tirunelveli.

Heard the learned Special Government Pleader and perused the materials available on record.
