This application has been taken out by the plaintiff to expedite the process of an ongoing trial.
2.Learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff informs the Court that the plaintiff is aged and she has been waiting to complete her part of the examination quite some time. Matching the submission, the other learned Senior Counsel appearing for the defendants made a statement that there was no intention to drag the proceedings and everything can be expedited.
3.Hearing both sides, this Court understands that the witness arrives in the Court and waits in the Court since Morning. If the witness has difficulty, then the learned counsel for the plaintiff may inform the learned Additional Master No.I to fix the time for cross examination and make her available only at that time, unless the witness is interested in watching the other proceedings in the Court.
4.This application stands allowed.
