The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the demand of penalty challenged in the writ petition has been re-quantified and demanded in the impugned proceedings dated 27.08.2014 and 06.09.2014, which are challenged in W.P.No.16069 of 2014 and the said writ petition is pending. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
