Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted
that the entire loan amount had been paid. The petitioner's liability has been cleared. The jewels in question were also returned to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
