PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 4^th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.126 of 2021, dated 23.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents from registration of any document pertaining to survey No.203/3B, (Resurvey No.203/3B1A) A.Kokkulam Village, Chekkanurani, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, admeasuring 8720 sq.ft.
