PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation sent dated on 10.07.2021 and consequently direct to restrain the 4th respondent to lay road on the Survey Nos.14/1K, 11/8A, 13/2B, 13/3F, 147/16, 47/6C, 13/7C, 13/3C and 15/13 in No.82 of Velakkurichy Village, Karadipatty, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, except due process and authority of law as per Article 300A of the Constitution of India.

2. Recording the undertaking given by the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, in case in future, the respondents decide to lay road in the petitioner's patta land, they shall do so, only by following the procedure established under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
