2 . When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 (TASMAC) submits that as of now there is no proposal for opening the TASMAC shop as claimed by the petitioner.
3 . Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
