PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Electrical Inspector by considering his experience by permitting the petitioner to participate in the Certificate Verification/Oral test and in subsequent Selection Process for the recruitment to the post of Assistant Electrical Inspector in the Combined Engineering Service Examination in pursuant to the notification in Notification No.18/2019, dated 29.05.2019.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr.Kathiresa Perumal, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
