PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent resulting in the impugned order of the respondent in Memo No.CMWSSB/P&A/STF/RA1/38087/2003 dated 29.10.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondent to refix the petitioner's salary on the basis of last drawn pay in TWAD Board as on 31.01.1996 by taking the 8 years of services rendered by the petitioner in TWAD Board and consequently to give all monetary benefits and other service benefits to the petitioner.
