PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to decide the application of the 3rd respondent for survey and demarcation of her land properties of an extent of 13.5 cents in Survey Nos.183/2, 88 cents in Syrvey Nos.245/1A3, 24 cents in Survey Nos.253/6, B 67.5 cents in Survey Nos.253/7 B /2A Kudakipatti Village, Natham Taluk, after giving due considerations of our objections dated 27.09.2021 and 12.10.2021.
