PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records relating to the impugned orders passed by the respondent in G.O.(D).No.19, dated 23.01.2017, rejecting the petitioner's appeal against the orders of punishment in Arasanai (2D) No.189, dated 19.04.2011 and G.O.(2D)No.300, dated 08.05.2015 and confirming the same and quash them all as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to pay the petitioner consequential monetary benefits with interest.
