submitted an application to the second respondent on 12.11.2019 seeking to record the assignment patta in the revenue records and to issue computer chitta in the Petitioner's name. Since no action was taken, again the Petitioner has submitted an application, dated 15.2.2013 and the said application was received in No.0410213173(DAP No.)146.So far the respondents have not chosen to give electricity connection. While so, the respondent has sent a communication, dated 27.12.2021 to appear before him along with required documents such as place of well, Certificate relating to the possession of the land, Rough Sketch, Survey Report and Certificate from the Village Administrative Officer on or before 31.1.2022. Whileso, on 7.6.2022, the second respondent has issued the impugned order in Na.Ka.AA.5/24/2022, dated 7.6.2022 stating that after completion of 30 years of enjoyment of the assignment land only, the assignment patta will be recorded in the revenue records and able to issue computer chitta.The Petitioner has explained to the second respondent that the land was assigned for a period of thirty years and unable to get Possession Certificate for the land in question and other documents as required by the third respondent and since the said request was not considered, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
