PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the respondent vide Na.Ka.No.453/2010/A2 dated 06.10.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to pay monthly rent on the monthly installment and may hand over the possession of shop No.F1, after completing all the construction works of the commercial complex namely, Chairman P.P.Munusamy Memorial Complex, Kuzhithurai Municipallity.
