Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to survey the lands of the petitioner situated in Arumulai Village, comprised in Survey No.15A/4A of an extent of 536.28 sq.ft and in survey No.15A/4B of an extent of 1076.92 sq.ft in all of an total extent of 1613.20 sq.ft in Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and embed the survey stones in the said property within a time frame.
