PRAYER:-
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from in anyway taking any steps to interfere with petitioner's developing the lands of an extent of 3.75 Hectares situate in Survey Nos.120 and 122/1 Kundumaranpalli Village, Denkanikotta Taluk Kelamangala Block, Krishnagiri District by putting up construction, creation of play ground, provision of other facilities for the purpose of School as per the Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.03.2009 entered into between the 1st respondent and the petitioner
foundation either by laying road under Prime Minister's Village Road Scheme under local MLA Funds.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Managing Trustee of the Petitioner Foundation passed away and nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
