Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to subdivide the patta and to survey the land comprised in Survey Nos.30/1B and 30/16 measuring to an extent of 48 cents and 2040 Sq.ft respectively in Sundakkampalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Thiruppur District and fix the boundaries by erecting stone poles based on the petitioner's representations dated 31.08.2021 and 27.12.2021.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 31.08.2021 and 27.12.2021, subdivide the patta and survey the land comprised in Survey Nos.30/1B and 30/16 measuring to an extent of 48 cents and 2040 Sq.ft respectively, situated in Sundakkampalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Thiruppur District and consequently, fix the boundaries by erecting stone poles.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that, pursuant

to the order of this Court dated 11.04.2022, the petitioner's representations were considered and patta was granted in respect of the undisputed property and no patta was granted in respect of the disputed property. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, the respondent is directed to furnish the order copy to the petitioner, enabling the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
