Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the First Respondent to comply with the Award in I.D. No. 42 of 2013 dated 08.01.2016 passed by the Principal Labour Court, Chennai by reinstating with continuity of service with back wages and all other attendance benefits with interest and Award costs.
When it is pointed out that the relief sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition does not relate to any public duty required to be performed by the First Respondent, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue for implementing the award dated 08.01.2016 in I.D. No. 42 of 2013 passed by the Second Respondent in appropriate legal proceedings
before the proper forum, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
