Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent to consider and pass the order on the Petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2018 and 18.12.2018.
Though the matter has been posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation for the Petitioner when the matter was called at 11.10 a.m. today, apart from the earlier hearing on 07.02.2022. There does not appear to be any useful purpose being served in keeping the Writ Petition pending indefinitely when the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the same.
