respondent/Labour Court vide order dated 27.12.2010. Thereafter, the
trial was conducted and final award was passed on 16.08.2016. Against this award, writ petition was filed in W.P.No.27169 of 2017 and it was settled in Lok Adalat on 11.09.2021.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
