TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
Both the parties and their respective counsel are present.
2.Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, Area Manager, appearing on behalf of the Appellant and the learned counsel for the Appellant seek permission to withdraw the present C.M.A.No.2038 of 2018. Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, Area Manager of the Appellant company also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.The Appellant represented that the entire award amount as per the award of the Tribunal has already been deposited before the Tribunal. Therefore, the Claimants/Respondents 1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw the same, as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.
4.In view of the endorsement made by the Area Manager of the Appellant, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
