PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to comply with the formalities as per the request made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore dated 25.08.2014 to repatriate the petitioner's minor child Harendra along with his father M.Manoharan as per the orders of this Court passed in H.C.P.No.508 of 2012 dated 16.07.2012.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.
