PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the Executive Director, REPCO Bank, the 2nd respondent herein vide its proceedings NO.Ref.Emp.No.76/2016 dated 14.03.2016 and quash the same is highly illegal arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the first respondent to accord sanction to the petitioner to have recourse to Court against the 3rd respondent.
