Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the concerned authorities to take action on the representation dated 18.10.2022 made by the Petitioner are the Assistant Director of Town Panchayat (Establishment), Tiruppur and the Joint Director of Town Panchayat, Tiruppur, but they have not been made as parties in this Writ Petition. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to approach the said authorities and work out his remedies in that regard and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
