PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to wire fence the land in S.No.338/2, Thellore Village, Vellore District leased out to the petitioner in front of the School so as to protect from using as garbage dump yard and parking slot for commercial vehicles by third parties.
The petitioner is seeking a direction from the Tahsildar to permit him to wire fence the land in S.No.338/2, Thellore Village, Vellore District leased out to the petitioner to protect children from the nuisance caused by the adjacent land owners. He made a representation to this effect to the respondent on 30.03.2011, but, it was not considered by the respondent till date.
