Assistant Horticultural Officer on 28.02.2011 and posted at Uthukuli, Tripur and when he was working there, he was again transferred to Panamarathupatti, Salem on 17.07.2013. While he was working on 11.11.2016, the petitioner was transferred to the office of the Assistant Director, Horticulture, Magudanchavadi, Salem District on administrative ground. The petitioner has completed 6 years of service in the present place and therefore, he is entitled to be considered for transfer and in this regard, he has made a representation to the respondents on 24.08.2021 requesting transfer to the vacant places at Ammapet or Andhiur or Cenimalai in Erode District and since no orders have been passed on the petitioner's representation, he has filed the present writ petition.
