Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records culminating in the order issued by the 2nd respondent in the G.O.Ms. No.122 dated 23.01.1980 and the circular issued by the 4th respondent in and by his proceedings K.Dis.No.55091/92(J2) dated 4.8.1992 and set aside the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order issued by the 2nd respondent in the G.O.Ms. No.122 dated 23.01.1980 and the circular issued by the 4th respondent in and by his proceedings K.Dis.No.55091/92(J2) dated 4.8.1992.
2 . In a similar matter, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has
disposed of the writ appeal in W.A No.500 of 2014 by a judgement dated

06.08.2014, in which it has been held as follows:
" 5. In view of the specific stand taken as above, in the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent, even the grievance voiced by the appellant on the ground that shops are being allowed to sell meat during the period as mandated by the Government Order impugned in the writ petition, has no legs to stand.
6. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. However, it is made clear that the respondents will have to take appropriate steps to implement the Government order issued in G.O. Ms.No.122, Rural Development and Local Administration Department dated 23.01.1980 with respect to the departmental stores as well. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed".
3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No
costs.
