PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Roc No. E2/18203/2016 dated 18.11.2014 and the order passed by the respondent in Memo No.E2/18203/2016 dated 12.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondent to revoke the order of suspension passed by the respondent in Roc No.E2/18203/2014 dated 18.11.2014 and to reinstate the petitioner in service.
