The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to pursue their remedies appropriately and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the said endorsement, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. I make it clear that the withdrawal of the present writ petitions will not come in the way of the petitioner working out their remedies, even if need be, by filing a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
