This W.M.P. has been filed by the third parties viz., (1) S. Mohamed Yousuf, Proprietor, M/s. Al-Arafah Haj Services and (2) Mrs. C.Fareedha, Proprietor, M/s.Al-Fareedha-Al-Hijer to implead them as Respondents 5 and 6 in the above Writ Petition.

- Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
