This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 6 to 11 herein as Legal Representatives of the deceased respondents 2 and 4 namely Chinnan and Semalai and to array them as respondents 6 to 11 in W.P.No.7665 of 2014.
- This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petition.
- Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Writ Petition.
