PRAYER :-
This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur dated 11.11.2014 confirming the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.144 of 2010 dated 21.10.2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru.
JUDGMENT
This appeal is pending from the year 2015 and was admitted on 19.11.2015. The case was listed for arguments on 03.12.2021, 06.01.2022, 10.02.2022, 17.02.2022 and 02.03.2022. The appellant was not ready for arguments on all those hearing dates. On 02.03.2022, the case was adjourned to 22.03.2022 under the caption 'for arguments or for orders'.
2.Today, the respondent is ready for arguments but the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready for arguments. There is no use in keeping the appeal pending any further.
