To set aside the judgement and decree and passed dated 09.03.2015 made in A.S.No.17 of 2012 on the file of the additional district sessions court, dindigul reversing judgement and decree passed dated 22.02.2012 made in O.S.No.266 of 2006 on the file of the additional sub court, dindigul and allowed this second appeal.
