This Second Appeal is filed as against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur in A.S.No.28 of 2017, dated 20.02.2020, confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.241 of 2013, dated 15.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputhur.
2.Today(15.07.2022), when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the issue involved in this appeal has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He has also circulated a letter dated 13.07.2022 to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis that effect.
