Today, the matter has been listed under the caption''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.
2.By order, dated 20.01.2022, the Second Appeal has been dismissed as withdrawn. By inadvertence, ''Registry is directed to return the original sale deeds-Ex.A1 to Ex.A6 to the appellant by substituting the same with xerox copy'' has not been incorporated in the order. The same directed to be incorporated in the above said order.
3.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned, with the aforesaid correction.
